Medicaid rally

The six people charged with trespassing during a sit-in protest last month outside the office of Sen. Shelley Moore Capito, R-W.Va., have been fined $50 each.

The following people pleaded guilty to the charges, were fined $50 and were ordered to pay $72 in court costs:
