Tex Williams has worn many hats during his 85 years of life. He's been a coach, a father, and a museum curator. Williams is most notably known for his time on the sidelines coaching the St. Albans boys basketball program between 1967-81 and 1991-2004.

The Kanawha Valley coaching icon now spends his time collecting bits and pieces of West Virginia sports history for his museum in Artie, Raleigh County, in the post office building his mother worked in below the home he grew up in.
